I just got home from running the Philly Distance Run (half marathon) and while I just missed the goal I set for myself, I did have a personal best. I finished in 1:46:48. The weather was absolutely perfect and the run was very scenic. My back is really hurting right now, but other than that, I feel great. I'm off to take a well deserved nap!!
