First Client Success and a GIVEAWAY!!!

I met with my first client last night for personal training and it was THE best experience!! I don't think I've ever smiled so much at work before in my life!! She was a great client and I think we both had a lot of fun. She mentioned buying more sessions so I'm guessing she enjoyed the workout. :-) I know it was only an hour but it was the most rewarding hour of work I've ever had. I can't imagine being able to feel that way *most* of the time (knowing it won't always be wonderful) but the fire in me has been lit. This is what I want...and I always get what I want (except for the bigger diamond earrings I've been whining about for a year...ahem, Andy, my birthday is coming up...). Time to get the wheels in motion and make this personal training thing happen!!

And because I'm feeling so happy, I think we should celebrate with a GIVEAWAY!!! Have you heard about or seen Nana Smith Designs? Nana sent me a necklace with a pendant that reads "believe" and on either side there's a peridot stone. Peridot isn't my birth stone, it's actually Andy's. I love the color but really picked it because Andy believes in me more than I believe in myself. So now it's a little piece to think of him when I need an extra push. Sorry the stones aren't shown in the picture below, I had issues with my camera...but here's a picture of the pendant.

Wed - swim/lift (didn't happen this morning, hope to do it tonight)
Thurs - 9 mi w/ 3 mi @ marathon race pace
Fri - swim, 4 mi, lift
Sat - 20 mi
Sun - off
